1 General Introduction and Applicability

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on b baazi are processed through Bangladesh's mobile financial services.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Validity

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

b baazi's bonus offers are subject to specific conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires wagering of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may be used once only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless b baazi explicitly permits it.
• A bonus applies only to the account to which the offer was made.
• b baazi reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer without notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet has been finally accepted, it cannot be cancelled. b baazi reserves the right to void or correct any bet placed on the basis of incorrect odds or incorrect information due to a technical error.

Bet limits are set separately for each event or game. b baazi reserves the right to decline or restrict bets of an unusual size.

6.3 Result Disputes

6.4 Technical Failures

b baazi is not liable for any loss in a game or bet caused by internet disconnection or device issues on the user's end. However, where a server-side error occurs, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
